Reservation
It is recommended to book in advance by calling or visiting Haven Spa. Massages are only available for pregnant women in their third trimester.

Minimum Age
The spa is an adult-only facility. Children under 12/16 years old are not allowed in the spa without parental consent to maintain a peaceful environment. Children aged 10 years and older may receive a spa treatment if they have a signed parental consent form. For further information, please speak to our spa coordinator.

Cancellations Policy
Please give us at least 3 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment to allow other guests the opportunity to book. If you cancel your appointment within 3 hours of the scheduled treatment time or do not show up, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment will apply.

Late Arrival
If you are late, we will do our best to carry out your full treatment. However, if there is another booking immediately after yours, your treatment may be shortened without a reduction in price.

Attire and Valuables: Please wear comfortable clothing as spa wear will be provided in your treatment room / suite. Do not bring valuables to the spa as the Hotel and the Spa are not responsible for lost or missing items.

Electronic Devices
For the comfort of other spa guests, please switch off your electronic devices upon entering the spa.

Arrival Time
To fully enjoy your spa experience, please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment.

Your Comfort
We aim to provide you with the best spa experience possible. Please inform your therapist if you feel cool or need additional warm water, towels or lighting levels.

We recommend showering before your treatment to avoid losing treatment time. We value your feedback and hope you enjoy your experience at The Haven Spa.
