General Guidelines

  1. How to register for the programme?
    Registration is by invitation only. Interested applicant can submit their interest to [email protected] for consideration. The Resort shall have the sole and absolute discretion to decide.
  2. Is there any cost to the programme?
    No.
  3. How do I earn/claim the loyalty rewards during a visit?
    A physical card with loyalty number and validity date is provided for identification. The rewards can be redeemed by the main card holder, and any immediate family members. Simply present your VIP Haven Family card to our service staffs before any purchase.
  4.  Where can I view the benefits offered?
    Information and updated offers will be sent to the email address provided during registration, and can be viewed at this page.
    If you wish to change the email address registered with your membership, this can be done in writing to our Reservations via WhatsApp.

Terms and Conditions

The VIP Haven Family programme is managed by The Haven Resorts Sdn Bhd (previously known as The Haven Hotels Sdn Bhd).

  1. Renewal of this card shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the management.
  2. Privileges accorded in the programmes do not apply with any other promotions, vouchers or discounts.
  3. Privileges and benefits are valid only upon presentation of the card, or by management approval. The card has no cash value.
  4. The processing of all personal data is subject to the hotel’s Privacy Policy published on privacy policy.
  5. The Resort will use reasonable efforts to notify of any changes made and it is the responsibility of card holders to keep themselves up to date in respect of all benefits, privileges, and terms and conditions through this page.
  6. The Resort reserves all rights to change, modify, add, suspend, terminate or remove the benefits and/or privileges, including the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice or compensation.
